Badge Info
Your QuelmarCon badge grants you access to the site, buildings, and activities for the days purchased. Badges can be purchased for all 5 days, for the weekend, or for a single day.
Information on activity schedule and game signups will be sent to all individuals who have purchased tickets when the schedule is finalized.
PLEASE NOTE: Housing is not included in the badge price. Housing may be purchased separately if you would like to stay on site.

Scholarships
For any of our Quelmar friends who need some financial help to attend the convention, please apply for a scholarship. The scholarship will be given to the first 10 applicants and recipients will receive 50% off their badge price.
If more sponsorships or donation funds become available, the scholarships may be awarded to more individuals and the application form will open again.
Housing Info
There are 40 available beds on site with a lot of different options for sleeping arrangements. Shared queen and double sized beds that fit two individuals are available as well as single twin sized beds. The majority of the beds are located in a shared room, but a few private rooms with queen beds or doubles are available. All on site housing will be sold on a first come, first served basis and must be purchased separately from the badge.
Fox and Chestnut Houses
Closer to the main game playing buildings. So easier access, but perhaps a bit noisier.
Spring House
The beautiful spring house is a bit farther away from the action which means it may be a quieter sleep.
There will also be tenting available at a less expensive rate. There is room for 7 tents and 14 people available.
Pricing
NOTE: Prices are per person. If you would like a whole Double/Queen bed, you must buy two spots. If you are sharing a bed with someone your best bet is to have one person purchase both spots in the bed.
